We start by quickly constructing a computer model of the concept.
Once a product model has been created, a prototype mould cavity can be rapidly created for initial sampling/pre-production parts.
The prototype mould shows a 3D EDM electrode created from the mould cavity.

After prototype samples have been approved, the next stage is design and detailing of the production mould.
